摘  要:特有的成长环境与时代特征赋予"95后"大学生个人主义强、集体意识薄弱,沉迷虚拟、对网络高度依赖,心理脆弱、抗压抗挫能力低的特点,这给辅导员的学生管理工作带来新的困难与挑战。后现代心理教练作为支持者、陪伴者、唤醒者,具有欣赏、好奇、信任等理念,符合"95后"大学生渴望被倾听、被尊重、被关注等心理需求,主要阐述后现代心理教练技术在"95后"大学生心理健康、学业引导、人际交往方面的学生管理工作中的应用及取得的成效。The unique growth environment and the characteristics of the times give "post-95s" college students strong individualism and weak collective consciousness;they are addicted to virtuality and highly dependent on the Internet;they are psychologically vulnerable and have low resistance to frustration. These bring new difficulties and challenges to counselors in student management. Postmodern psychological coaches as supporters, companions, and awakeners have the concepts of appreciation, curiosity, trust, etc., which meets the psychological needs of "post-95s" college students who are eager to be listened to, respected, and paid attention to. This paper mainly expounds the application and effect of postmodern psychological coaching technique in the psychological health, academic guidance and interpersonal communication of "post-95s" college students.
