摘 要:目的:设计研发医疗设备全生命周期管理应用系统,解决设备管理纸质版手工登记或Excel记录的落后运行方式问题,实现医疗设备管理信息化。方法:基于ASP.NET框架及SQLServer数据库技术、采用模型视图控制器(MVC)模式、利用浏览器与服务器(B/S)架构,从客户层、Web层、业务逻辑层和数据库层4个层面设计一套医疗设备全生命周期管理应用系统,并投入运行。结果:通过系统应用,可实现医疗设备管理涉及的设备采购引进、安装验收、操作培训考核、质量与安全、维护保养、应急调配、效益分析、计量管理、档案管理、设备维修及报废处置等医疗设备全生命周期信息化管理,提高设备管理效率和质量。结论:医疗设备全生命周期管理应用系统可对医疗设备全生命周期信息化动态管理,把握设备各阶段运行状况,实现医疗设备信息化、数据化和科学化管理,为医院管理提供决策依据。Objective: To design and develop an application system of whole life cycle management for medical equipment so as to solve the problem of backward operation mode with manual registration or Excel record for equipment management, and to realize the informationization of the management for medical equipment. Methods: Based on ASP.NET framework and SQL Server database technology, and adopting model view controller (MVC) mode and applying the architecture of browser and server (B/S), a management application system of whole life cycle for medical equipment was designed and put into operation from four levels: client layer, Web layer, business logic layer and database layer. Results: Through the application of the system, the informatization management of whole life cycle of medical equipment, such as purchase and import of equipment, installation and acceptance, operation training and assessment, quality and safety, maintenance, emergency deployment, benefit analysis, metrological management, archives management, equipment maintenance and disposal of scrap, which involved in the management of medical equipment could be realized, and the efficiency and quality of equipment management could be improved. Conclusion: The application system of whole life cycle management of medical equipment can dynamically manage the informatization of the whole life cycle of medical equipment, and grasp the operation status of the equipment at various stages, and realize the informatization, datamation and scientific management of medical equipment, and provide decision-making basis for hospital management.
