摘　　要：介绍了工业炉浇注施工过程中膨胀缝的留设、膨胀缝填充材料的选择及PVC胀缝板固定方法的探索。合理留设膨胀缝和选择正确的胀缝板固定方法,有利于消除烘炉过程中材料因没有足够空间膨胀而产生剥落等隐患,有利于提高炉窑的使用寿命。This paper studies the expansion joints setting,selection of filling material for expansion joints and PVC expansion joint plates fixing method.The results show that the reasonable expansion joints setting and expansion joint plates fixing are helpful to eliminate the hidden dangers,such as the materials peeling off causing by lacking sufficient expansion space during furnace oast,and are more beneficial to prolonging the service life of the furnace.
