摘 要:高含硫天然气集输管道材质为抗硫不锈钢,点蚀是它的主要腐蚀缺陷。基于材料力学强度理论,综合考虑安全、成本、经济效益等因素,提出了计算含点蚀缺陷集输管道最大安全工作压力的方法。在管道智能检测和高风险管段开挖验证数据基础上,引进缺陷深度修正系数,优化安全评价模型,增强安全风险评价参数的可靠性。同时,引入高含硫集输管道设计系数,明确了腐蚀缺陷级别和安全预警值。采用某高含硫气田含点蚀缺陷集输管道的有关参数和检测数据,运用所建安全评价模型进行计算,通过ANSYS软件建模进行验证,所建安全评价模型精度达98%。High sulfur-containing natural gas gathering pipeline is made of sulfur-resistant stainless steel, and pitting corrosion is the main corrosion defect. Based on the theory of material mechanical strength, comprehensive consideration of the safety, cost and economic benefit, the method for calculating the maximum safe working pressure of gathering and transportation pipeline with pitting defects is presented. Based on pipeline intelligent detection and high-risk pipe excavation verification data, the correction coefficient of defect depth is introduced to optimize the safety evaluation model and enhance the reliability of safety risk assessment parameters. Meanwhile, the design coefficient of high sulfur-containing natural gas gathering pipeline is introduced, and the corrosion defect level and safety warning value are clarified. Using the relevant parameters and test data of pitting corrosion pipelines in a high-sulfur gas field, and the safety evaluation model is used in calculation. At the same time, the calculation is verified by ANSYS software modeling. The precision of the safety evaluation model reaches 98%.
