摘 要:合肥市南淝河大桥为下承式钢桁架结构,首先介绍该桥梁支架设计及施工方案,支架结构组成按钢管立柱+分配梁+横梁+贝雷梁组+垫梁的组合形式进行设计,利用搭设钢管贝雷支架,汽车吊逐节段进行拼装至合龙,由于设计受临时通航孔限制,支架设计在跨中预留24m临时通航孔,为确保支架设计的合理性,通过有限元软件MIDAS/Civil对支架进行静力分析,计算结果表明支架通航孔主要受力杆件指标均能满足要求。最后,通过相关的施工注意事项要求,确保支架在使用过程中的安全性,以便整个支架的顺利施工。本案例相关支架设计、计算及注意事项均可为同类项目提供参考,具有重要的工程实践意义。Nan Feihe Bridge in Hefei is a through steel truss structure. This paper first introduces the design and construction scheme of the bridge bracket. The bracket structure is composed of steel pipe column + distribute beam + cross beam + Bailey beam group + cushion beam. Because the design is limited by temporary navigable holes, 24 m temporary navigable holes are reserved in the middle of the span. In order to ensure the rationality of the design of the support, the static analysis of the support is carried out by the finite element software MIDAS/Civil. The results show that the main force indexes of the support navigable holes can meet the requirements. Finally, through the relevant construction requirements, to ensure the safety of the bracket in the use process, to ensure the smooth construction of the whole bracket. The design, calculation and precautions of the scaffolds in this case can provide references for similar projects and have important practical significance.
