内蒙古农村人力资本投资对农村居民收入的影响研究

摘　　要：本文从人力资本角度出发,以内蒙古农村地区为例,探索人力资本投资对农村居民人均纯收入的定量影响。利用2000年至2016年内蒙古地区农村居民人均纯收入、交通支出、教育文娱支出、医疗保健支出等数据,构建计量模型。根据计量模型得到的结果,提出通过增加相关人力资本投资提高内蒙古农村居民人均纯收入的对策和建议。The issue of rural residents' incomes is not only the focus of farmers' attention, but also the focus of the government and the country as a whole. Rural residents' incomes determine their individual living standards and matter to the overall economic development of the country. From the perspective of human capital, this paper takes the rural areas of Inner Mongolia as an example to explore the quantitative impact of human capital investment on the per capita net income of rural residents. The paper adopts the data of rural residents' per capita net income as well as expenditure on transportation, education and entertainment, medical and health care of Inner Mongolia from 2000 to 2016 to construct the measurement model. With the results obtained from such a model, the paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions to increase the per capita net income of rural residents in Inner Mongolia by the upgrading of relevant human capital investment.
