新时代高校英语专业转型发展研究

摘　　要：近年来,高校英语专业的就业形势越来越严峻。在新时代背景下,不少高校提出要积极促进高校英语专业的培养实现转型。高校英语专业具有复合性、国际性、实务性等特点。目前,高校英语专业转型在制度、资金、模式等方面均存在问题,本文结合高校英语专业的特点,针对高校英语专业在转型过程中存在的问题提出了完善建议。In recent years, the employment situation of English majors in colleges and universities has become increasingly serious. In the context of the new era, many colleges and universities have proposed transforming the mode of cultivating English majors. English majors is an internationally applicable language in multiple fields. At present, English majors in colleges and universities hit the bottleneck in its transformation from the perspective of the system, funds and modes. On the basis of the characteristics of English majors, this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the problems in the transformation of English majors in colleges and universities.
