摘　　要：在交易权限下放以及公共资源交易平台电子化转型升级的背景下,利用第三方电子交易平台规范限额以下交易工作,有着积极的现实意义。本文拟从杭州市江干区第三方电子交易平台在限额以下交易工作中的应用实践出发,对新形势下应用第三方电子交易平台规范限额以下公共资源交易组织与管理提出展望。Under the background of decentralization of trading permissions and electronic transformation and upgrading of the public resource trading platform, it is of positive and practical significance to standardize the Within-Limit transactions by using a third-party electronic trading platform. Based on the practice of the third-party electronic trading platform in the Within-Limit transactions in Jianggan District of Hangzhou City, this article puts forward the prospect of applying the third-party electronic trading platform to standardize the organization and management of public resources Within-Limit transactions in new circumstances.
