摘  要:利用SSR分子标记技术对来自不同地区的25种无花果种质资源进行分析,研究我国无花果种质资源的遗传多样性。结果表明,20对有效引物可扩增出95条可重现谱带,包括12条单态,83条多态条带,多态率达87.37%;利用UPGMA法分析发现,25种无花果种质资源的遗传距离在0.20~1.00之间,平均在0.60;在遗传距离为0.77处被分成3类。同时利用SSR分子标记对25种无花果进行了初步的种质资源鉴定。The genetic diversity of germplasm resources in 25 Ficus carica L. from different regions were analyzed by SSR molecular marker technology. The results showed that 95 reproducible bands could be amplified by 20 pairs of effective primers, of which 12 were monomorphic, 83 were polymorphic, and the polymorphic rate was 87.37%;the genetic distance of 25 figs germplasm resources ranged from 0.20 to 1.00, with an average of 0.60 and 25 fig materials were divided into 3 categories at the genetic distance of 0.77 by UPGMA(unweighted pair group method with arithmetic) analysis. Meanwhile, SSR molecular markers method were used to identify the germplasm resources of 25 species of figs.
