摘　　要：剑杆织机出厂前均需空车磨合,由于没有纬纱织造,无法确定纬纱检测系统的功能是否完好。为了检验整套纬纱检测系统的工作性能,文章设计了一个测试台,检验整套纬纱检测系统各个环节的完好性。文章详细阐述了其机械原理、电气原理和测试步骤的设计过程。The rapier loom needs empty running-in before leaving the factory. Since there is no weft weaving, it is impossible to verify whether the function of the weft detection system is in good condition. In order to fill this gap, a test platform has designed to verify the function of the entire weft detection system. This paper elaborates on the design process of mechanical principles, electrical principles and test procedures.
