摘 要:以生态高分子多糖壳聚糖为原料,制备羧甲基化壳聚糖衍生物,以硅偶联剂环氧丙基三甲氧基硅氧烷为交联剂,在碱性条件下对棉织物表面改性处理。运用全反射红外光谱、热重分析、扫描电镜对改性棉织物进行结构表征,研究不同工艺条件对棉织物物理机械性能和用亚甲基蓝染色性能的影响。结果表明:处理后的棉织物的热稳定性提高,物理机械性能、抗皱性能得到改善,表面疏水性能增强,但白度降低。改性处理后棉织物在70℃条件下用亚甲基蓝染色可获得较高K/S值,并且对亚甲基蓝染料吸附动力学较符合准一级动力学模型。Using chitosan as raw materials, O-carboxymethyl chitosan was prepared and used to treat cotton fabric surface in alkaline conditions, with silicone coupling agent KH560 as crosslinking agent. The infrared spectroscopy, thermal analysis and SEM were used to characterize the structure and morphology of the modified cotton. The effect of the different process conditions on the physical and mechanical properties and dyeing properties of cotton fabric were studied. The results showed that the strength of modified cotton increases, and wrinkle resistance has been improved but the whiteness decreased. Modified cotton could obtain a higher K/S values at 70 ℃ with methylene blue, and the adsorption kinetics of methylene blue dye fitted the quasi,first-order kinetic model.
