摘  要:Q235钢基材表面分别喷涂环氧树脂和聚硅氧烷体系涂层于重庆市"重工业污染区"110kV变电站大气环境中自然曝晒0~450 d。通过电化学测试,研究两种体系浸在5%NaCl介质中的耐候性与耐盐蚀性、腐蚀类型、腐蚀规律。结果表明:环氧树脂涂层体系平均腐蚀电流密度为1.118 0×10^(-10)μA/cm^2,平均极化阻抗为1.313 1×10~7·cm^2;聚硅氧烷涂层体系平均腐蚀电流密度为8.602 0×10^(-9)μA/cm^2,平均极化阻抗为2.470 8×10~6·cm^2;结合腐蚀形貌分析,环氧涂层比聚硅氧烷有较好的耐候性,具有良好的防腐性能。Epoxy and polysiloxane coating were sprayed on the surface of Q235 steel substrate and the two systems were naturally exposed to the sun for 0~450 d in the atmospheric environment of 110 kV substation of Chongqing heavy industrial pollution area. The weathering resistance,salt corrosion resistance,corrosion type and corrosion law of the two systems immersed in 5% NaCl medium were studied by electrochemical method. The results showed that the average corrosion current density of epoxy coating system was 1.118 0×10^-10 μA/cm^2 and the average polarization impedance was 1.313 1×10^7 ·cm^2. The average corrosion current density of the polysiloxane coating system was 8.6020×10^-9 μA/cm^2 and the average polarization impedance was 2.470 8×10^6 ·cm^2. Compared with polysiloxane,epoxy coating has better weather resistance and corrosion morphology. Epoxy coating has good corrosion resistance in heavy industrial pollution area.
