差异性视角下现金流通规律及影响因素研究——基于西部9省(市、区)的对比分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国经济从高速增长向高质量发展转变,支付手段日趋多样化和公众现钞使用习惯变化等因素对现金运行产生了深刻影响,也对货币发行的科学性和现金供应的精准性提出了更大挑战。本文以我国西部9省(市、区)现金运行的差异性为切入点,通过对比分析和相关性论证,深入分析影响现金供应的主要因素,对做好现金管理与服务工作提出对策建议。In recent years,China’s economy has changed from high-speed growth to high-quality development,the increasingly diversified means of payment and the change of public cash usage habits had a profound impact on cash operation.It also poses greater challenges to the scientificity of currency issuance and the accuracy of cash supply.This paper takes the difference of cash operation among nine provinces(districts and cities) in western China as the breakthrough point,through comparative analysis and related demonstration,deeply excavates the main factors affecting cash supply,summarizes the general law of cash circulation,according to the idea of accurately grasping the similarities and correctly dealing with the differences,puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to do a good job in cash management and service.
