摘　　要：[目的/意义]旨在研究诺贝尔科学奖获奖者发文和引用与年龄的变化关系,为探索杰出人才的学术成长规律提供参考。[方法/过程]利用非平衡面板数据对1900—2017年英美籍诺贝尔科学奖获奖者的年发文量和年被引量与年龄之间的关系进行分析。[结果/结论]指出了已有类似研究中数据分析方法的不恰当并选择了科学的统计学方法,得出了诺贝尔科学奖获奖者的发文和引用与年龄变化曲线是单峰曲线的结论及其相关启示。[Purpose/significance] The paper is to study the relationship between the number and citation of published papers and the age of Nobel laureates in science, so as to provide references for exploring the law of academic growth of outstanding talents.[Method/process] The paper uses the unbalanced panel data to analyze the relationship between the annual number and the annual citation of published papers and the age of British or American laureates who won the Nobel Prize in science in 1900-2017.[Result/conclusion] The paper points out the inappropriateness of the data analysis method in the existing similar research, and chooses the scientific statistical method.It reaches the conclusion that the academic number-age curve and citation-age curve are unimodal curves, and relevant inspiration.
