摘 要:目的131I是核医学中使用量较大的人工放射性核素,挥发性强,在人体剂量学中,微粒碘与气态碘对内照射剂量的影响不同,因此研究应用过程中不同形态131I在环境中分布对内照射剂量估算具有重要的意义。方法使用活性炭盒加滤膜分别采集某医院核医学科不同区域内空气中的气态131I和微粒态131I,利用HPGeγ谱仪对采集样品进行测量,获得了不同区域中气态碘和微粒碘的浓度分布。结果给药量为400mCi时核医学科区域中的气态131I浓度范围为5.6×10-1~1.2×102Bq/m3,微粒态131I的浓度范围1.0×10-1~8.9Bq/m3,给药室和病房中微粒与气态131I的比值在0.053~0.659之间,其比值都小于1。结论气态131I相对微粒态131I来说浓度较高,且在核医学科不同区域,该比值差异较大。Objective 131 I is the most used artificial nuclide in nuclear medicine,which is highly volatile.In human dosimetry,particle iodine and gaseous iodine have different effects on the internal radiation dose.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the distribution of different forms of 131 I in the environment during the application process to estimate the internal radiation dose. Methods In this paper,the gaseous 131 I and particulate 131 I in the air of different locations in the nuclear medicine department of a hospital were respectively collected by using activated carbon box plus filter membrane. Results When the dosage was 400 mCi,The results showed that the concentration range of gaseous 131 I in nuclear medicine was 5.6×10 -1 - 1.2× 10 2 Bq/m 3 ,and the concentration range of particulate 131 I was 1.0×10 -1 -8.9Bq/m 3 .The ratio of granular state to gaseous 131 I in the drug delivery room and ward was 0.053-0.659,which was less than 1. Conclusion The content of gaseous 131 I is higher than that of particulate 131 I,and the ratio varies greatly among different locations in nuclear medicine.
