摘  要:针对某核电厂主蒸汽管道恒力吊架轴承在正常停机状态下发生断裂的情况,从设计、制造、安装、运行方面开展原因分析,找出了恒力吊架轴承存在制造缺陷。对轴承制造过程质量控制提出了建议,为同类恒力吊架制造及维修提供经验反馈。As for an accident case of bearing fracture in the constant force suspension support of main steam pipe under normal shutdown mode in a nuclear power plant, this paper analyzes the accident causes from several aspects such as the design, manufacturing, installation and operation etc., and finds out that the break of bearing is mainly caused by the manufacturing defects, then it proposes some suggestions on the quality control of bearing manufacturing process, which can serve as an experience feedback for the manufacturing and maintenance of similar constant force suspension supports.
