摘  要:针对现行高速铁路超声波风速传感器检定过程繁琐、检定成本高等问题,结合实际需求,设计了一种可移动微型低速风洞,该微型风洞可在现场提供稳定、均匀的风速。通过将被测风速传感器与标准风速传感器的测量数值进行对比,从而在现场对风速传感器进行检定。利用CATIA、FLUENT等软件进行建模、仿真分析,仿真结果表明,该风洞满足风速传感器检定精度要求。Aiming at the complicated verification process and high cost of ultrasonic wind speed sensor in high-speed railway,combiningthe actual demand ,a kind of mobile miniature low-speed wind tunnel is designed , which can provide stable and uniform wind speed on site.By comparing the measured windspeed sensor with the measured value of the standard wind speed sensor, the wind speed sensor is verifiedin the field.CATIA, FLUENT and other software are used for modeling and simulation analysis. The simulation results show that the wind tunnel meets the accuracy requirements of wind speed sensor verification.
