摘 要:针对日益突出的矿井热害问题,运用透湿杯法研究环境因素对矿工服的湿阻影响。把人体-服装-环境作为一个系统,以煤矿深井这种特殊的作业环境为背景,将湿阻作为主要的评价指标,分析讨论人体处于热湿舒适性状态的最佳热环境。将实验测试与理论计算相结合,测试了矿工服的静态湿阻,并从环境温度、相对湿度、风速三个因素去分析其对矿工服的湿阻的影响。经过测试和计算,优选出了能使矿工服的透湿能力达到最大化的环境条件,即环境温度为26℃、相对湿度为60%、风速为2m/s,此条件下矿工服的湿阻值最小,矿工服内外存在较大的水汽压力差,会引起蒸发和扩散加大,可以保证人体更好的排汗散热。Currently, the problem of mine thermal damage is increasingly prominent for the underground workers. Aiming to this problem, the permeability-cup method was applied to research the effect of environmental factors on wet resistance of miners’ clothing. Considering the human body-clothing-environment as a system, this study took the special working environment of deep coal mine as the background, and used the wet resistance as the main evaluation index to analyze and explore the optimum thermal environment in which the human body is in the state of thermal and humid comfort. The method of combining experimental analysis with theoretical calculation was applied to test the static wet resistance of miners’ clothing, and the effects of the static wet resistance on miners’ clothing from three aspects, including environmental temperature, relative humidity, and wind speed. Through test and calculation, we screened out the environmental conditions which could maximize the permeability of miners’ clothing. Namely, the optimum environmental conditions are as follows: environmental temperature 26 ℃, relative humidity 60 % and wind speed 2 m/s. Under the above optimum environmental conditions, the wet resistance value of miners’ clothing is minimum. And there is a large vapor pressure difference between the internal miners’ clothing and the external miners’ clothing. In this case, it will cause the evaporation and diffusion to increase, which can ensure that the human body perspires and dissipates heat in a better way.
