加强信访工作法治化建设的思考与对策

摘  要:针对越级访、缠闹访、集体访、诉访混淆等常见信访难题,必须加强企业信访工作法治化建设,明确思想认识,分析问题成因,有针对性地不断完善依法治访工作机制,在信访法治宣传教育、依法逐级走访、企法联动多元化解矛盾纠纷等方面加大探索和实践力度,用法治思维和法治方式更好地预防化解信访难题。In order to solve the common problems in complaint reporting, such as over-grade complaint reporting, pestering compliant reporting, collective complaint reporting and confusing complaint reporting, we must strengthen the legalization of enterprise petition work, clear ideological understanding, analyze the causes of the problems, improve constantly the working mechanism of the visit in accordance with the law. We must step up exploration and practice at such aspects as the publicity and education of the rule of law in handling letters and visits, step by step visits in accordance with the law and joint efforts between enterprises and law to resolve disputes through multiple channels. We must use the rule of law thinking and method to better prevent and resolve the problems of complaint reporting.
