摘  要:对独山子石化公司稀土顺丁橡胶中试产品Nd-ZS的结构性能进行了研究,并与朗盛公司CB24进行了对比。结果表明,独山子稀土顺丁橡胶Nd-ZS属于中门尼黏度窄相对分子质量分布产品,与CB24相比,其相对分子质量分布略宽,顺-1,4结构(1,4-cis)含量更高;Nd-ZS的炭黑结合能力、工艺正硫化时间及拉伸性能与CB24基本一致,其低温抓地性能及耐老化性能较好,但加工性能略差。The structure and property of Dushanzi Petrochemical company's Nd-BR (named Nd-ZS) were investigated and compared with Lanxess product CB24.The results showed that Nd-ZS had middle mooney viscosity of 48 and narrow molecular mass distribution of 3.15.Compared with CB24,the molecular mass distribution of Nd-ZS was slightly broader,and the cis -1,4 content was higher.Bonding with carbon black,curing time and tensile property of Nd-ZS were about the same as that of CB24 basically,and low temperature grasping performance and heat build-up of Nd-ZS were better,but processing performance were worse.
