摘  要:风能资源评估结果直接影响风电项目能否开工建设,科学有效地开展山地资源评估工作,可为山地风能资源的开发建设提供科学的依据,有效地实现对风能资源的科学有序开发利用。笔者利用广西桂林地区测风塔资料,对所选区域的风能资源进行测算评估。评估测算结果表明:所选风电场风能资源条件为一级风电场,主导风向稳定,有效风小时数多;建设可采用IECⅢC类及以上机组;根据现有相关政策,从风能资源的角度来看,所选风电场具有较高的开发价值。The assessment results of wind energy resources directly affect whether wind power projects can start construction.Scientific and effective assessment of mountain resources can provide a scientific basis for the development and construction of mountain wind energy resources and effectively realize the scientific and orderly development and utilization of wind energy resources.Based on the data of wind tower in Guilin,Guangxi,the wind energy resources in the selected area are estimated and evaluated.The results of assessment and calculation show that the selected wind farm is a first-class wind farm with stable dominant wind direction and more effective wind hours.The construction of IEC III C and above units can be adopted.According to the existing relevant policies,the selected wind farm has high development value from the perspective of wind energy resources.
