综合护理对流浪精神疾病患者的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析综合护理对流浪精神疾病患者的影响。方法:选择50例流浪精神疾病患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为研究组和对照组各25例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予综合护理。使用住院精神病患者康复疗效评定量表(IPROS)和护士观察量表(NOSIE)评估两组护理前后的病情改善情况,采用自制量表评估两组依从性。结果:护理后,研究组关心和兴趣、卫生状况、社交能力、生活技能及工疗情况得分明显低于对照组,总积极因素及病情总估计得分明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组依从率为80.00%,明显高于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理可改善流浪精神疾病患者的病情,提高其依从性。Objective: To analyze effects of comprehensive nursing on wandering mental patients. Methods: 50 wandering mental patients were selected and divided into study group (n=25) and control group (n=25) by using the random number table method. The control group received routine nursing, while the study group received comprehensive nursing on the basis of that of the control group. The improvements of these patients were assessed by using the inpatient psychiatric rehabilitation outcome scale (IPROS) and nurses’ observation scale for inpatient evaluation (NOSIE) before and after the nursing. The compliance was evaluated with a self-made scale. Results: After the nursing, the scores of concern and interest, health status, social ability, life skills and work condition of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group, the total scores of the positive factors and the total estimated disease scores were significantly higher than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The compliance rate of the study group was 80.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (40.00%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: Comprehensive nursing can improve the conditions of the wandering mental patients and improve their compliance.
