摘 要:针对航空物流企业机务维修人员综合素质评估过程中的主观性和不确定性特点,在分析航空物流企业机务维修人员工作任务、任职标准和岗位责任等基础上,通过系统分类方法,最终确立了航空物流企业机务维修人员综合素质评估指标体系。采用区间数法和熵权法相结合的综合赋权法确定评估指标权重,考虑评估过程中的不确定性,引入集对分析原理,构建了基于集对分析的评估模型。结果表明:评估结果与实际情况的吻合度较好;统筹预测能力、英语能力、精力分配能力、协调沟通能力、规章熟悉程度是航空物流企业机务维修人员综合素质的关键影响因素。In view of the subjective and uncertain characteristics in the process of comprehensive quality assessment of aviation logistics maintenance,the paper proposes an evaluation index system of aviation logistics enterprise maintenance personnel comprehensive quality based on the analysis of the tasks,job standards and post responsibilities of aviation logistics maintenance through the system classification method.At the same time,in order to determine the weight coefficients of the proper evaluation indexes,the paper builds integrated weighting model based on the principle of maximum dispersion combined the interval number method with entropy weight method.Such an evaluation indexes system has to be built up based on the theory of set pair analysis.Furthermore,the model can be used to improve the present evaluation result by set pair analysis.The experimental results show that the key influential factors of the aviation logistics enterprise maintenance personnel quality should also include the ability of the overall forecasting,English ability,the ability of the energy distribution,the ability of the coordination and communication,and regulatory familiarity.The calculation results show that the evaluation results are in good agreement with the actual situation.
