高校功能视域下高职院校“三全育人”的路径探索——以浙江纺织服装职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：高等职业院校是中国大学的重要组成部分,如何将高职院校“立德树人”的历史使命同其所依赖的学科背景联系起来是一个重要的课题。浙江纺织服装职业技术学院纺织学院结合自身建设和纺织专业特点,建设了“四维融合育人”学生工作体系。充分发挥高校的四大功能,以专业建设为依托,在学生工作中充分融入党的建设、思想政治教育、教学和科研等多方面因素,运用综合化手段、多途径引导方式促进大学生成长成才,从而使立德树人工作与学校的日常教学、科研等工作融为一体,合力偕行,达到共同育人的效果。Higher vocational colleges are an important part of China’s universities.How to link the historical mission of “Strengthen Moral Education and Cultivate People” of higher vocational colleges with students’ major background on which they depend has always been an important topic.In recent years,Zhejiang Fashion Institute of Technology has innovatively constructed a “The Four-dimensional Fusion Breeds People” student work system,and found a new method of “three-all education” relying on the specialty.
