摘  要:水上交通是海上机场相对于陆地机场特有的对外连接方式,海上机场是否设置客运码头,需考虑多方面因素。以中国香港国际机场、韩国仁川国际机场、日本关西国际机场3个典型的离岸式海上机场为例,分析海上机场配建客运码头的必要性。从案例机场对外交通现状出发,计算其陆路交通旅客输送能力,分析其水上交通在客运量方面的作用。通过对比案例机场陆路和水上交通旅客输送效率的差异,分析特定条件下水上客运交通具有的相对优势。从增强机场抵抗风险能力的角度,分析海上机场客运码头建设的必要性。在此基础上,讨论海上机场配置客运码头的主要决定因素。Waterway transportation is a unique external connection method for offshore airports in relative to land airports,and multiple factors should be taken into account when an offshore airport plans for the construction of waterway passenger wharf.Taking the three typical offshore airports,Hong Kong International Airport,Incheon International Airport and Kansai International Airport as examples,this paper analyzes the necessity of building a passenger wharf for offshore airports.Based on existing external transportation of the three airports,the paper discusses the functionalities of water traffic to the passenger volume of offshore airports through calculating the land traffic passenger capacity of each airport.By comparing transportation efficiency between land traffic and water traffic,the results show that water traffic has a relative advantage in certain situations.Finally,the paper discusses the necessity of building passenger wharf to offshore airports from the aspects of enhancing anti-risk ability.On the base of these,the paper discusses the main factors of determining an offshore airport should equip a passenger wharf or not.
