摘 要:干细胞是一类具有高度增殖和多向分化潜能的细胞,在特定诱导条件下可转化为成骨细胞,从而促进骨组织再生。富血小板纤维蛋白(platelet-rich fibrin,PRF)是第二代血小板浓缩物,其富含大量生长因子如骨形成蛋白2(bone morphogenetic protein 2,BMP2)、血小板衍生生长因子(platelet-derived growth factor,PDGF)、转化生长因子(transforming growth factor,TGF)及胰岛素样生长因子(insulin-like growth factor,IGF)等可共同作用于干细胞,影响干细胞的增殖和分化。大量体外研究已证实,PRF可以显著促进干细胞增殖及成骨分化。因此,本文就PRF发展、制备方法、结构及成分、对干细胞增殖及成骨分化的影响等研究进展进行综述。Stem cells are the cells with high proliferation and multi-directional differentiation potential,which can be transformed into osteoblasts under specific induction conditions and promote bone tissue regeneration.Platelet-rich fibrin (PRF) is produced by the centrifugation of autologous venous blood,which is rich in a large number of growth factors,such as bone morphogenetic protein 2,platelet-derived growth factor,transforming growth factor,and insulin-like growth factor,which can contribute to the proliferation and differentiation of stem cells.Numerous studies have confirmed that PRF can significantly promote the proliferation and osteogenic differentiation of stem cells.Therefore,this paper reviews the progress of PRF development,preparation methods,structure and composition,and the effects of proliferation and osteogenic differentiation on stem cells.
