摘 要:针对某一MPV2200散货船的敞水试验桨和NACA66翼型舵,利用CFD软件对螺旋桨的敞水性能进行预报,计算结果与试验值的相对误差在6%以内,验证计算方法的可靠性。附加舵球结构,通过舵球直径和桨毂直径的比值(Db/Dh)变化,研究舵球直径对桨-舵-舵球系统的水动力性能的影响。计算结果表明,对于本桨-舵系统,Db/Dh=1.50时,舵球的节能效果最佳。该值和文献中给出的舵球最佳尺寸范围基本吻合,验证了该方法的有效性。随着进速系数J的变化,桨-舵-舵球系统与桨-舵系统的效率增幅也会发生变化,最大效率增幅可达到2.53%。这也为舵球的优化设计提供了参考。Based on the CFD software,the propeller of the open water test and rudder NACA66 of MPV2200 bulk carrier were taken as the research objects to predict the open water performance of the propeller.The relative error between the calculated results and the trial value is within 6%,which verifies the reliability of the calculation method.Adding the rudder ball structure,the influence of the diameter of the rudder ball on the hydrodynamic performance of the propeller-rudder-rudder ball system was studied by changing the ratio of the diameter of the rudder ball to the diameter of the hub (Db/Dh).The results show that the rudder ball has the best energy saving effect when Db/Dh =1.50.This value is consistent with the optimal size range of rudder ball given in the literature,which verifies the effectiveness of this method.With the change of the propeller advance coefficient J,the efficiency of the propeller-rudder-rudder ball system can increase by 2.53% compared with the propeller-rudder system.This provides a reference for the optimal design of rudder ball.
