摘 要:[目的]评价喹啉铜33.5%悬浮剂防治杨梅癌肿病的田间药效。[方法]设置不同剂量的喹啉铜33.5%悬浮剂,对杨梅癌肿病进行田间药效试验,调查防治效果、田间最佳使用剂量、持效期和对杨梅及非靶标有益生物的安全性等。[结果]在杨梅春梢抽发期,用喹啉铜33.5%悬浮剂推荐剂量有效成分335~446.7mg/kg,连续用3次,间隔7d,施药后26d防效为67.7%~71.3%,并对杨梅和其他非靶标生物安全。[结论]喹啉铜33.5%悬浮剂可以用于防治和控制梅癌肿病。[Objective]To evaluate the field efficacy of oxine-copper 33.5% SC against bacterial gall on waxberry.[Method]Different doses of oxine-copper 33.5% SC were set up to carry out field efficacy test on waxberry bacterial gall. The control effect, optimal dosage, duration of efficacy and safety of beneficial organisms to waxberry and non-target were investigated.[Result]At the beginning of spring cycle shoot formation,the control rate of oxine-copper 33.5% SC against bacterial gall on waxberry could reach 67.7%-71.3% 26 days after application when used at the dose of 446.7-335 mg/kg, for 3 consecutive times, once 7 days,and oxine-copper 33.5% SC was safety to waxberry and other non target organisms.[Conclusion] Oxine-copper 33.5% SC could be used to prevent and control bacterial gall on waxberry.
