摘  要:在知识经济时代,协同创新成为产学研合作的新模式。高校教师作为创新行为主体,其参与意愿成为影响协同创新成败的关键因素。为进一步促进高校产学研协同创新发展,以高校教师为研究对象,通过对开放式访谈和研究文献等多种类型的原始资料进行扎根分析,将与研究主题相关的资料进行概念化、范畴化等编码形式处理,归纳概括出影响高校教师参与产学研协同创新的四大因素,包括教师因素、高校因素、企业因素和政府因素,并在此基础上构建了高校教师参与协同创新意愿影响因素概念模型。In the era of knowledge economy,collaborative innovation has become a new model of cooperation among industries, colleges,and research institutes.As the main subject of innovation,the willingness of college teachers to participate has become the key factor affecting the success or failure of collaborative innovation.In order to further promote the development of collaborative innovation in colleges,this paper takes college teachers as the research object,through the root analysis of various types of raw materials,such as open interview and literature research and deal with the related information through the coding forms like conceptualization and categorization.This paper also sums up four factors that affect the participation of college teachers in the collaborative innovation,including teacher factor,college factor,enterprise factor and government factor,and on this basis constructs the conceptual model of the influencing factors of the willingness of college teachers to participate in the collaborative innovation.
