大学-政府共建式新型研发机构的商业模式设计机理——以山东省工业技术研究院为例

摘　　要：基于价值创造视角,结合已有商业模式研究及新型研发机构研究观点,从价值主张、价值开发、价值获取三大模块出发,以山东省工业技术研究院为例,较为系统地分析大学-政府共建式新型研发机构商业模式设计过程中的内外部关键活动,并据此探索性地构建大学-政府共建式新型研发机构商业模式设计机理模型,最后针对未来研究发展提出若干建议。Based on value creation perspective,combining with previous research literatureof new R&D institutions and business model,from the 3 models of value proposition,and value development,and value acquisition.This paper takes Shandong Industrial Technology Research Institute as an example,systemically analyzes the key internal and external activities in the design of the business model of the university-government co-constructed new R&D institutions,construct the design mechanism model of the university-government co-constructed new R&D institutions.Finally,some suggestions on the development for future research are put forward.
