摘 要:基于镁合金的切削加工特性,重点分析了切削加工安全问题,从控制工件的表面温度出发,利用有限元软件,分析了切削加工中工件及刀具表面温度场的分布情况,并讨论了切削参数对镁合金切削加工中表面温度变化的单因素影响规律。最后通过镁合金切削试验,对仿真结果进行了验证。结果表明,在镁合金切削加工过程中,通过优化切削参数,可以控制切削区域的最高温度,从而保证加工安全。It analyzes the safety of cutting based on the cutting characteristics of magnesium alloys. Aiming at controlling the surface temperature of the workpiece, it simulates the distribution of the surface temperature field between the workpiece and the cutter in the cutting process based on finite element software, discusses the single-factor influence law of the cutting parameters on the surface temperature change in the cutting process of magnesium alloys. The cutting test of magnesium alloy validates the simulation data. The results show that the optimizing the cutting parameters in the process of magnesium alloy cutting can control the maximum temperature of the cutting area, ensure the safety of the processing.
