新型干燥箱自动称重温控系统的探讨

摘　　要：传统实验室用干燥箱干燥温度难以控制,且不易清洗,干燥时易污染其他试剂,影响药物品质。为了优化设计,本系统针对药物实验室用干燥箱进行改良,通过加装导热套、仪器槽、观察窗、限位板、温度和称重传感器等辅助设备,增加自动称重、自动控制干燥温度功能,满足药品因干燥需控制水分流失量的要求,并建立各类药品称重数据库,达到缩短时间、提高效率、容易清洗的效果,从而有效地避免污染其他试剂,具有较高的实用性。The drying temperature of drying oven used in traditional laboratory is difficult to control, and it is not easy to clean.To optimize design, this system for drug lab using the improved drying oven, by adding heat conduction set, instrument trough,observation window, limit board, temperature, and the weighing sensor and other auxiliary equipment, increase the drying temperature automatic weighing, automatic control function, meet the requirements of control because of dry need drugs moisture loss of, and to establish various medicines weighing database, to shorten time, improve efficiency, easy cleaning effect, can effectively avoid the pollution of other reagent, has higher practicability.
