摘  要:铝镁合金是航天工程中一种重要的金属材料,属于中高强度铝合金,具有较高的塑性、优良的耐蚀性、良好的焊接特性和疲劳性能,目前在航空航天、交通运输、军工和机械制造等领域得到广泛应用。从成分设计、制备与热处理以及力学性能的角度,对当前5XXX系铝镁合金的研究进展进行了综述,重点分析了微合金化元素对其性能的影响,介绍了铝镁合金的超细晶和超塑性2个研究新方向以及其在航空航天方面的应用,最后提出了铝镁合金的发展方向。As an important metal applied in aerospace engineering, Al-Mg alloy is a mid-strength alloy possessing the properties of high plasticity, good corrosion resistance, excellent weld ability and fine fatigue property. It is widely used in aerospace, transportation, war industry and machine manufacturing. In this paper, the basic characteristics of Al-Mg alloy were introduced in the aspects of the ingredient design, manufacturing, heat treatment and mechanical properties. The research status of 5XXX series Al-Mg alloy was reviewed and the elements of micro-alloying as well as their influence on properties of the alloy were analyzed. Moreover, the research hotspots of ultra-fine grain and super plasticity as well as their applications in aerospace were introduced and the research directions of Al-Mg alloy in the future were proposed.
