摘　　要：目的总结自体大隐静脉移植修复四肢主干动脉损伤经验。方法采用自体大隐静脉移植修复96例四肢主干动脉损伤患者。结果大隐静脉移植2~18 cm。96例肢体主干动脉损伤患者中,3例因合并其他重要脏器损害死亡,2例截肢,91例肢体保留。91例随访时间6个月~3年。91例肢体血液循环正常,84例功能恢复正常,5例遗留下肢跛行及髋部活动度下降等功能障碍,2例肘关节活动受限。结论早期诊断、及时手术对保存肢体至关重要。采用自体大隐静脉移植修复四肢主干动脉损伤手术方便,成本低,血管吻合通畅率高,治疗效果好,有助于降低截肢率。Objective To summarize the experience of great saphenous vein grafting in the repair of major arterial injuries in limbs.Methods The 96 cases of trunk artery injury were repaired with autologous great saphenous vein graft.Results The great saphenous vein transplantation ranged from 2 ~ 18 cm.In the 96 cases of major arterial injuries in limbs,3 cases were dead due to complicated with other important organs injuries,2 cases underwent amputation,and 91 retained limbs.Patients were followed up from 6 months to 3 years.There were 91 cases with normal blood circulation,84 cases returned to normal function,low-limp and hip dysfunction and other functional disorders occurred in 5 cases,and 2 elbow joints movement were limited.Conclusions Early diagnosis and operation are very important for the preservation of limbs.Autogenous great saphenous vein grafting is a convenient surgical technique in repairing major arterial injuries in limbs,which can reduce the cost,and improve the patency rate of vascular anastomosis,reducing the amputation rate.
