摘　　要：目的探讨经肱三头肌旁入路双侧重建钢板固定治疗肱骨下段骨折的疗效。方法采用经肱三头肌旁入路双侧重建钢板固定治疗32例成年肱骨下段骨折患者。结果 32例均获得随访,时间12~36个月。骨折均愈合,愈合时间12~18周。1例伴桡骨远端关节面粉碎骨折患者肘关节固定于屈曲50°,无法伸直;31例末次随访时肘关节活动范围为屈100°~140°、伸0°~10°。末次随访时,肘关节功能按改良Cassebaum评分标准评价疗效:优23例,良6例,可2例,差1例,优良率90.62%。结论双侧重建钢板固定治疗肱骨下段骨折,固定可靠,术后可以早期行功能锻炼,肘关节功能恢复满意。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double reconstruction plates fixation in the treatment of lower humerus fractures with a bilateral approach through triceps brachii.Methods The 32 patients with lower humerus fractures were treated with double reconstruction plates fixation with a bilateral approach through triceps brachii.Results The 32 patients were followed-up for 12 ~ 36 months.All patients had obtained complete bone-union within12 ~ 18 weeks.One patient with distal radial intra-articular comminuted fracture suffered from 50° flexial contraction of elbow joint,and the elbow joint was not straight.At last follow-up,31 patients range of activity for elbow flexion degree was 100°~ 140°,elbow straighten degree was 0°~ 10°.At last follow-up,using Cassebaum score system to evaluate the function of eblow joint: 23 cases were excellent,6 cases good and 2 fair,1 poor,the excellent-good rate was90.62%.Conclusions Double reconstruction plates fixation for treatment of lower humerus fracture get good fixation and reliability,early functional exercise,and satisfactory recovery of elbow function.
