摘　　要：目的探讨关节造影结合弹性髓内针固定治疗儿童新鲜孟氏骨折的效果。方法关节造影下闭合复位、弹性髓内针固定治疗12例新鲜孟氏骨折患儿。按照Flynn功能评定标准评价疗效。结果患儿均获得随访,时间14~38个月。12例患儿均在术后6~8周骨折愈合。末次随访时按Flynn功能评定标准评价疗效:优10例,良1例,可1例。结论对儿童新鲜孟氏骨折采用术中关节造影结合弹性髓内针固定操作简单,创伤小,术后可早期进行功能锻炼,疗效好。Objective To investigate the clinical effects of joint arthrography and elastic intramedullary nail fixation in the treatment of fresh Monteggia fractures in children.Methods The 12 patients suffered from fresh Monteggia fractures were treated by joint arthrography and elastic intramedullary nail fixation.The functional outcomes were assessed by using Flynn standard of the elbow joint function.Results All patients were followed up for 14 ~ 38 months.The time of fracture healing was 6 ~ 8 weeks.According to Flynn standard of the elbow joint function at the last follow-up,the results were excellent in 10 cases,good 1 in case,fair 1.Conclusions Treatment of fresh Monteggia fractures in children with joint arthrography and elastic intramedullary nail fixation have advantages of simple operation,less trauma and good results,and can do early functional exercise.
