摘　　要：小区作为城市居民生存和发展的载体,其智慧化是城市智慧水平的集中体现。目前我国智慧小区建设正处于起步阶段,对于智慧小区的建设尚无统一、成熟的架构,因此,开展智慧小区建设体系研究意义重大。通过分析国内外智慧小区建设现状,从顶层设计视角出发,全面、系统地研究并构建出我国智慧小区的建设体系,包括建设思路与目标、整体框架,并对应用体系进行了深入的研究。As the carrier of the survival and development of urban residents,the community’s intelligentization is the concentrated embodiment of urban intelligence level. At present,the construction of smart community in China is in its infancy,and there is no unified and mature structure for the construction of smart community. Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on the construction of smart community. According to the analysis of current smart community construction in China and abroad,and from the perspective of top-level design,it builds up the construction system of the smart community in China comprehensively and systematically,including the construction ideas and objectives,overall framework,and The application system is also studied in depth.
