摘　　要：被征地农民发展不充分与美好生活需要的矛盾是当前我国社会主要矛盾主体多元化、表现形态多样化特征的自我呈现。被征地农民发展不充分主要体现在持续发展、共享发展成果和内涵发展不充分三方面,美好生活需要主要包括获得稳定工作、满意收入和精神生活的需要。导致被征地农民发展不充分与美好生活需要矛盾的原因主要有培训机制不完善、创业支持乏力和补偿标准过低等因素。因此,完善培训机制、强化创业支持、适度提高补偿标准等举措是促进被征地农民充分发展,进而满足美好生活需要的有效途径。At present the main social contradictions in China are characterized by diversified subjects and diversified forms,of which the contradiction between the insufficient development of land-lost peasants and the needs for a better life is the self-presentation.The inadequate development of land-lost peasants is mainly reflected in the inadequacy of sustainable development,shared development results and connotation development,and the needs for a stable job,a satisfactory income and social identity is the main component of their well-being.The main reasons for the contradiction between the insufficient development of land-lost peasants and their needs for a better life are imperfect training mechanism,weak entrepreneurial support and low compensation standards.Therefore,improving the training mechanism,strengthening entrepreneurial support,and appropriately raising compensation standards are effective ways to promote the full development of land-lost peasants,so as to meet the needs of their better life.
