摘　　要：从目前城市轨道交通第三方监测项目部组成及项目经理配置的不足,根据项目管理学理论,针对如何做好监测日报,通过总结经验教训、完善过程资产、建立流程规范、明确体系方法和追求持续改进这五个步骤,对组织级项目管理体系在城市轨道交通第三方监测项目上展开实践与探索。From the current composition of the third-party monitoring project department of urban rail transit and the shortage of the configuration of project managers, according to the theory of project management, in order to do a good job of monitoring daily reports, by summing up lessons learned, improving process assets, establishing process specifications, clearing system methods and pursuing continuous improvement, the organization-level project management system will be practiced and explored on the third-party monitoring project of urban rail transit.
