家长体育行为对大学生体育参与影响的研究

摘　　要：大学生积极地参与体育运动直接影响着他们体育运动的效果,是促进其身体健康发展不可忽视的内外因素,然而大学生体育参与不仅受到学校体育教育的影响,而且还受到家长的体育行为的影响。本研究采用实验、问卷调查和数理统计等方法,以150名大学生及其家长作为对象,通过调查归纳总结出家长体育行为的现状,然后统计和概述大学生体育参与情况的现状,最后利用相关性分析法来探讨和分析家长体育行为对大学生体育参与的具体影响。为促进大学生良好体育动机和行为习惯的养成,为其终身体育意识的形成提供新的方向。The active participation of college students in sports directly affects the effect of their sports and is an internal and external factor that cannot be ignored in promoting their physical health development. However, college students' sports participation is not only affected by school sports education, but also affected by parents' sports behavior. This research adopts the methods of experiment, questionnaire and mathematical statistics, 150 college students and their parents as object, through investigation summarizes the parents of the status quo of sports behaviors and statistics and summarized the status quo of college students' sports participation situation, finally using correlation analysis method to investigate and analyze the parents the specific influence on college students' sports participation sports behavior. It provides a new direction for college students' lifelong sports consciousness to promote their good sports motivation and behavior habit.
