摘  要:以甘油为增塑剂,采用熔融共混法制备热塑性木薯淀粉/剑麻纤维(TPS/SF)复合材料,研究碱处理和3-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)两种不同表面处理方法处理剑麻纤维对TPS结构与性能的影响。结果表明,添加碱处理剑麻的TPS/SF复合材料塑化性能较好,更容易进行加工;在力学性能、回生行为、热性能和结构方面,添加KH550处理的剑麻纤维TPS/SF复合材料拉伸强度和弹性模量较高,能更好抑制TPS回生,且热稳定性能更好,结构更稳定、更疏水。Thermoplastic tapioca starch/sisal fiber( TPS/SF) composites were prepared by melt blending with glycerol as plasticizer. The effects of two different surface treatments methods,which are alkali and KH550,on the structure and properties of TPS were studied. The results show that the TPS/SF composite containing alkali treated surface has better plasticizing performance and is easier to be processed. However,for the mechanical properties, retrogradation, thermal properties and structure, the tensile strength and elastic modulus of TPS containing surface treatment by KH550 are higher than that of alkali,which could better inhibit the retrogradation of TPS,and has better thermal stability,more stable structure and more hydrophobic property.
