摘  要:采用原位成纤法,将高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)与可膨胀石墨(EG)复合制备HDPE/EG复合材料。对该复合材料进行X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、力学硬度的测试,发现EG的加入并没有改变HDPE的晶型结构,HDPE与EG的复合程度较高,复合材料的力学硬度随EG含量的增大而显著下降。将该复合材料应用于含酚废水的动态吸附,发现当控制流速在7 m L/min,处理量为150 m L/批次时,吸附效果良好,废水的含酚总量由原来的93mg/m L降至7. 5 mg/m L,进一步采用该复合材料进行二次吸附,可将总酚含量降至1. 3 mg/m L,吸附率达到98. 6%,吸附效果表现优秀。In this paper, the high density polyethylene( HDPE)/expandable graphite( EG)composites were prepared by in-situ fibrillation method with HDPE and EG composites. The composites were tested by X-ray diffraction( XRD),scanning electron microscope( SEM) and its mechanical hardness test.It is found that the addition of EG could not change the crystal structure of HDPE. The combination degree of HDPE and EG is high. The mechanical hardness of composites decreases significantly with the increase of EG contents. The composites could be applied to the dynamic adsorption of phenolic effluent. It shows when the flow rate is controlled in 7 m L/min and the handling capacity is 150 m L/batch,the adsorption effect is good.The total phenol contents in wastewater could drop from 93 mg/m L to 7. 5 mg/m L. After secondary adsorption,the contents could reduce to 1. 3 mg/m L. Adsorption rate could achieve 98. 6%,the adsorption effect is excellent.
