基 金:电熔增材EAM336-F12焊接工艺研究(SEM-KY-2018-006)
摘 要:EAM336-F12是基于核电主蒸汽管道用ASMESA336Gr.F12锻件标准、采用电熔增材技术制造的新型材料,为掌握该材料的焊接工艺性能开展了相关研究。通过碳当量分析法分析该材料的淬硬倾向及冷裂纹敏感性,确定了焊前预热温度,并分别在焊态和焊后热处理态下对焊接接头进行拉伸、弯曲、冲击的力学性能试验,金相检验和化学分析试验。试验结果均满足ASMESA336Gr.F12要求,表明该材料具有良好的焊接性。EAM336-F12 is a new type of material based on the ASME SA336 Gr.F12 forging standard for nuclear power main steam pipeline,which is manufactured by the electro-fusion additive technology. In order to master the welding process of the material,this research is carried out. Through the carbon equivalent analysis method,this paper analyzes the hardening tendency and cold crack sensitivity of this material and determines the preheating temperature before welding,and through the weldability test respectively under the welding and post-weld heat treatment states in welding joint for tensile,bending,impact mechanical properties test,the chemical composition test analysis and metallographic examination test at the same time,the test results meet the ASME SA336 Gr.F12 perfor-mance requirements,show that this material has good weldability.
