摘  要:对食品包装材料迁移物的风险评估是控制包装材料中迁移物对人类身体健康危害的有效手段,其中暴露评估是风险评估中的关键步骤,暴露评估方法包括确定性评估和概率评估。本文针对不同暴露评估方法(包括欧盟传统确定性评估方法、美国食品和药品监督管理局(FDA)方法以及改进的确定性评估方法),进行介绍和比较,引入分层思想,选择合适的暴露评估方法。优先选择操作简单,方便易行的确定性评估方法,当确定性评估方法得到的结果无法准确判断暴露的情况,则进一步选择概率评估法进行评估。概率评估法可以得到更精确的结果,同时概率评估法需要收集更多的数据并建立模型。The safety of food packing material has attracted a great deal of attention from the publics. The utilization of a risk assessment for the migrant is considered as an effective method to ensure human health. The exposure assessment plays an important role in risk assessment of food safety. There are many methods for conducting exposure assessment, which include deterministic approach and probabilistic approaches. Through the introduction and comparison of these two types of approaches, some appropriate methods are selected by using the theory of tiered approaches for exposure assessment. The deterministic approaches including EU, FDA and refined deterministic approaches are superior due to the feasibility and simplification. When the result of deterministic approach cannot judge the effect of exposure assessment, the probabilistic approach can be applied for the further process. Probabilistic approach can get more accurate exposure results, and however it requires more data as well as an available model.
