摘  要:基于rbcL与COI基因序列分析,对分布在辽宁省大连海域的亮管藻(Hyalosiphonia caespitosa)进行了分子鉴定,并对其外部形态、生长过程、各月份生物量、成熟个体比例及成熟个体生物量/总生物量(R/T指数)的变化等进行了详细的研究.结果表明:①大连海域6个采集地点样本的rbcL与COI基因序列间无碱基差异,均与产自加拿大的亮管藻聚在同一进化支中,确定为亮管藻;②藻体直立,单生或丛生,线形圆柱状,有明显的主轴或分枝,颜色为红色或紫红色,质地胶质,固着器为盘状;③亮管藻生物量4月达到最大,平均生物量为3.483g/m^2.6月藻体全部成熟且均为四分孢子体.④亮管藻的生长周期为12月至次年6月,属于一年生海藻.Based on the analysis of ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase/oxygenase(rbcL)gene and the partial cytochrome coxidase I(COI)gene sequences,we observed and analysed molecular identification,external morphology,growth process,biomass of each month,mature individual ratio and mature individual biomass/total biomass(R/T index)changes of Hyalosiphonia caespitosa in Dalian.The results indicated that:①According to the phylogenetic tree constructed by rbcL gene sequences and COI gene sequences,there were no sequence divergence among samples collected from 6 sites,coexisting in the same phylum as H.caespitosafrom Canada,which were all identified as H.caespitosa.②Thallus were erect,linear terete,disciform holdfast,tufted with obvious spindle or branching,red or purplish red,gelatinous in texture.③The growth cycle was from December to June.The flowering period of male and female gametophytes were from December to February of the next year,and tetrasporites were from March to April.the maximum biomass was appeared in April,the average biomass was 3.483 g/m^2.In June the algal bodies were all mature and all were tetrasporites;④The growth cycle of H.caespitosa was from December to the next June,and it belonged to annual algae.
