我国双低油菜多功能利用及青海省发展潜力分析

摘　　要：油菜作为我国最重要的油料作物,年产菜籽油占国产植物油总量的41%,在国内食用油市场中具有举足轻重的地位。双低油菜是我国种植面积最大、种植范围最广的油菜类型,除了油用之外,近年来在观花、菜用、蜜用、饲用、肥用等方面也得到广泛应用。文中综述了我国双低菜籽油和油菜花蜜产品的营养保健功能,双低油菜作为观花植物的经济价值、作为蔬菜的营养价值、作为饲料的饲用价值、作为绿肥的肥田效果等多种用途的最新进展;分析了青海省油菜多功能利用现状及存在的主要问题,提出了青海省促进油菜多功能利用的建议,为油菜全价值链开发提供参考。As the most important oil crop in China,rapeseed oil accounts for 41 % of the total amount of domestic vegetable oil,and it plays an important role in domestic edible oil market. Double low rapeseed is the type of rapeseed with the largest planting area and the most widely planting range in China. In addition to oil extraction,double low rapeseed is also used as vegetable,ornamental plant,honey source crop,green feed and fertilizer for the past few years. In this paper,the latest progress in multi-functional utilization of double low rapeseed is summarized,such as the nutrition and health function of double low rapeseed oil and nectar products,the economic value of ornamental plant,the nutritional value of vegetable,the feeding value of feed crop,and the effect of green manure crop. The present situation and main problems of the utilization of rapeseed in Qinghai province also are analyzed,and some suggestions on promoting the utilization of rapeseed in Qinghai province are put forward,which will provide references for the development of the whole value chain of rapeseed.
