比索洛尔联合地高辛控制老年持续性房颤心室率的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究比索洛尔联合地高辛控制老年持续性房颤心室率的疗效。方法:选取我院2016年3月至2018年8月收治的60例老年持续性房颤患者作为研究对象,采用比索洛尔联合地高辛治疗,分析临床治疗效果和不良反应,比较治疗前后静息状态下和运动状态下的心室率情况。结果:60例患者临床治疗显效34例,有效23例,无效3例,总有效率为95.00%;60例发生心律失常2例,胃肠功能紊乱1例,血压降低3例,不良反应发生率为8.33%。治疗前,静息状态下和运动状态下心室率分别为(108.53±25.71)次/min、(115.37±31.39)次/min;治疗后,静息状态下和运动状态下心室率分别为(76.98±11.25)次/min、(81.03±12.37)次/min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:比索洛尔联合地高辛治疗老年持续性房颤心室率疗效显著,可以改善患者临床症状,降低患者心室率水平,值得临床广泛推广应用。Objective:To explore the efficacy of bisoprolol combined with digoxin in the control of ventricular rate in elderly patients with persistent atrial fibrillation. Methods: 60 elderly patients with persistent atrial fibrillation admitted and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to August 2018 were selected as the research objects. Bisoxolol combined with digoxin was used to analyze the clinical treatment effect and adverse reactions, and the ventricular rate before and after the treatment was compared between the resting state and the exercise state. Results:There were 34 excellent cases, 23 effective cases and 3 ineffective cases, with the total efficiency rate of 95.00 %. There were2cases of arrhythmia,1case of gastrointestinal dysfunction and 3 cases of decreased blood pressure, with the adverse reaction rate of 8.33 %. Before treatment, the ventricular rates were (108.53 + 25.71) times /min at rest and (115.37 + 31.39) times /min at exercise, respectively. After treatment, the ventricular rates were (76.98 +11.25) times /min at rest and (81.03 +12.37) times /min at exercise respectively, with statistically significant differences ( P <0.05). Conclusion:Bisoprolol combined with digoxin in the treatment of elderly patients with persistent atrial fibrillation has a significant effect on ventricular rate, which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the level of ventricular rate in patients, and is worthy of wide clinical application.
