摘  要:目的:观察雏菊叶龙胆酮对SH-SY5Y细胞缺氧/复氧处理后凋亡的作用。方法:通过体外培养SH-SY5Y细胞,进行缺氧/复氧处理后诱导细胞凋亡,观察经雏菊叶龙胆酮处理后的SH-SY5Y细胞的凋亡情况,细胞随机分为4组:正常对照组(N组)、缺氧/复氧组(H/R组)、缺氧复氧前雏菊叶龙胆酮处理组(B组)、雏菊叶龙胆酮处理后正常培养组(C组),通过形态学观察细胞状态,MTT法检测SH-SY5Y细胞存活率。结果:与对照(N组)组相比,H/R组SH-SY5Y细胞存活率降低(P<0.05);与H/R组比较,雏菊叶龙胆酮处理后(C组)可以提高缺氧/复氧后SH-SY5Y细胞存活率,抑制细胞凋亡(P<0.05)。结论:雏菊叶龙胆酮对缺氧/复氧后SH-SY5Y细胞凋亡有抑制作用。Objective: To study the effect of Bellidifolin on the apoptosis of SH-SY5Y cells after hypoxia/reoxygenation. Methods: Models were established by in vitro culture of SH-SY5Y cells and apoptosis was induced after hypoxia/reoxygenation. Apopotosis of SH-SY5Y cells treated with Bellidifolin was observed. The experimental cells were randomly divided into 4 groups: normal control group (N group), hypoxia/reoxygenation group (H/R group), anaerobic reoxygenation Bellidifolin treatment group (group B), and normal culture group after treatment with Bellidifolin (Group C). The survival rate of SH-SY5Y cells was examined by morphological observation of cell state, volumetric assay and MTT assay. Results: Compared with the control group (N group), the survival rate of SH-SY5Y cells in H/R group was significantly lower ( P <0.05). Compared with H/R group, Bellidifolin treatment could improve the survival rate of SH- SY5Y cell after hypoxia/reoxygenation and inhibit apoptosis ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Bellidifolin can inhibit the apoptosis of SH-SY5Y cells after hypoxia/reoxygenation.
