摘 要:文章将膜过滤技术与机械振动技术相结合,以絮凝过滤后的垃圾渗滤液为原水,考察了不同压力、温度条件对膜通量的影响,并比较了同一运行条件下振动膜与静止膜的处理效率。结果表明,振动膜的最佳运行参数为:水温,25℃、压力20kg。在最佳运行条件下,振动膜效率是静止膜的27倍。振动膜技术将在垃圾渗滤液处理领域具有广阔的应用前景。The nanofiltration (NF) membrane technology was combined with a mechanical vibration technology in this study,in which the effects of different pressure and temperature on membrane flux were investigated and the treatment efficiencies of NF membrane were compared with and without mechanical vibration when landfill leachate after flocculation was taken as the influent.The results showed that the optimum water temperature was 25 ℃ and the optimum operating pressure was 5 kg for vibrating NF membrane.The treatment efficiency of the vibrating NF membrane was 27 times higher than that without mechanical vibration under these optimum conditions.The vibrating NF membrane technology would have a promising application in the landfill leachate treatment.
