研究生“党、团、班”一体化主体管理体系构想

摘　　要：明确分析研究生和研究生班级与本专科生和本专科生班级的区别,指出当前部分高校在研究生大扩招后,对研究生班级的党建、团建和班建仍然照搬本专科班级的管理经验,针对性不强。结合团中央提出的"班团一体化"概念,在研究生班级中提出"党、团、班"一体化概念,建立综合管理委员会,囊括研究生党支部、团支部和班委会的所有职能,精简人员,提高办事效率,提出较为系统化的解决方案。This paper makes a clear analysis of the differences in student and class groups between undergraduate and postgraduate,and points out that after the enlargement of postgraduate enrollment,some universities still copy the management experience of their specialty classes in Party building,League building and class building.Combining with the concept of "class-league integration" put forward by the Central Committee of the League,the concept of "party-league-class integration" is put forward in postgraduate classes.Therefore,an integrated management committee is established,which covers all functions of the Party branch,the League branch and the class committee of graduate students,streamlines personnel,work efficiency improvement,and more systematic solutions.
